After escaping from a rough past Ricky (Giuseppe Losavio) and his baby sister Valentina ( Zahira Klimes) find a fresh start in the city of Los Angeles. When an unfortunate car accident puts Valentina in the hospital it unleashes a manifold of deceptive and sinister events. Ricky finds himself going back to a way of life he had escaped…in the name of Family.
